What’s Your BQ? (Boomer Quotient): Seamless Design, Service and Product Development for Today’s HealthCare and HomeCare Market
Everyone thinks they have the boomer cohort pegged until they go to market. This elusive psychographic is aging in a new away and demanding TOTAL inclusion in design and service. If you can deliver a seamless, universal and esthetically satisfying design along with respectful invisible service and the right supporting products your bottom line will sing.
In this session, you will discover psychological and physical characteristics of this huge cohort as it impacts design and service in healthcare and senior living; the 10 biggest mistakes that "turn us off," the latest tech trends to incorporate into any design, the digital health protocols that are part of seamless design, and the coalitions to be made in healthcare and senior living to strengthen your industry position. We also explore how life stage not life’s age dictates design, and why understanding the relationship between care giving, grand parenting and social connectivity are the keys to satisfying this demanding cohort.
