Anchor Health Properties, a developer of medical and healthcare facilities, has recently hired veteran real estate and construction industry executive Kurt Hutter as development director.
Prior to joining Anchor this week, Hutter was a division manager for Orleans Homebuilders, Inc., where he was responsible for the management of operations in the Charlotte, North Carolina, region. During his tenure in Charlotte, Orleans produced approximately 300 homes per year with revenues of approximately $130 million. Earlier, Hutter served as Orleans’ director of development in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from February 2000 through March 2006.
Previously, Hutter’s career included management positions with Aramark Corporation, a national provider of managed business services, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and Charlotte, North Carolina. His experiences also include project management for Republic Environmental Systems (Bordentown, New Jersey) and he was an environmental engineer for Dames & Moore, Inc. (Willow Grove, PA), an environmental engineering and consulting firm.
A graduate of the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Hutter received his MBA from Drexel University.
