Grove is a specialist in healthcare planning and design using Lean principles

CollinsWoerman, an architecture firm specializing in the design of hospitals and clinics, has hired Douglas K. Grove to join the company as senior medical planner.

Grove is a specialist in healthcare planning and design using Lean principles. He has more than 25 years experience in facilities planning, project development, and management.

Grove, a registered architect in both Washington and Oregon, is a Certified Lean Leader. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Academy of Architecture for Health, and the Washington State Society of Healthcare Engineering. Grove holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon, and has had specialty Kaizen training in the United States and Japan.
