The Schlage bright blue access control system by Ingersoll Rand lets users access, monitor, and manage their system from any computer running a standard Web browser. Designed for applications with 1-32 doors, bright blue is an intuitive access control system. Its plug-and-play design eliminates the need for special software or a dedicated PC. With it, health facilities have simplified control of who goes where.
IBC-certified HVAC drives

All ABB ACH550 base drives, new E-Clipse Bypass units, and drives with input disconnects, are now International Building Code (IBC) seismic compliance certified. This confirmation from the VMC Group certifies that these drives can withstand specific seismic forces and return to use (online) and functionality after a seismic event has occurred. ABB's new E-Clipse Bypass is for back-up motor control of HVAC devices. The E-Clipse is suitable for wall mounting and/or fitting into air-handling units and pumping packages on all types of OEM equipment used in the HVAC industry.
Window blinds system

Vistamatic introduces the Vistamatic Super Max Panel-The Super Max is for larger and heavier panels but still has the aesthetics of the normal Vistamatic. Composed within the one unit is two independent mechanisms allowing for a lighter lift on the handle and the ability to shut one or both of the blinds.
Germicidal UVC light for HVAC systems

Steril-Aire UVC Emitters deliver enhanced infection control and improved indoor air quality to hospitals and healthcare environments. Installed in HVAC systems, the germicidal devices stop the spread of harmful bacteria and viruses as well as controlling biofilm and mold that build up on coils. A 7-½-year study of an in vitro fertilization cleanroom laboratory found that Steril-Aire UVC devices helped to improve clinical pregnancy rates by maintaining better ambient air.
