Haley & Aldrich named Vice President Lisa Turturro as healthcare practice leader. In this role, she is responsible for understanding the unique challenges of the healthcare marketplace.
Turturro will assist the firm’s healthcare teams by enhancing overall service offerings across all stages of the built environment.
She has 16 years of experience at Haley & Aldrich, working with healthcare clients on various types of real estate projects. She has a technical background in geology and earth sciences, combined with diverse experience in project management, environmental risk management, regulatory programs, and healthcare facility design and construction.
Turturro is also an experienced Lean practitioner for organizations working in the built environment. Since 2006, her expertise has evolved to include training and facilitation in Lean process improvement, where she helps clients learn and apply Lean principles and tools to deliver increased value, reduced waste and cost, and an enhanced ability to reach consensus and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
