The scope of the new Phoebe-Sumter Regional Hospital is still being developed, but it is currently envisioned to include two main structures: a 60,000-square-foot medical office building and a 76-bed hospital. The hospital will include an emergency department, diagnostic imaging, surgery and central sterile, critical care unit, women’s services and nursery, laboratory, pharmacy, inpatient rehabilitation, medical/surgical unit, and various support services.
