A $4 million renovation for the Washington University School of Medicine‘s Department of Anesthesiology at the BJC Healthcare campus in St. Louis is now complete.

The 20,700-square-foot project, which included construction of 96 doctors’ offices, took approximately six months to finish.

Led by Kadean Construction, the renovation work required gutting two floors and constructing new private and shared offices, along with conference and support space for anesthesiologists and other physicians, according to a press release. It also included a complete upgrade of all electrical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and mechanical systems serving the new office space.
