LEO A DALY, an international planning, architecture, engineering and interiors firm, has hired Phan Luc, AIA, EDAC, as vice president, project director. Working out of the Los Angeles office, she will be in charge of developing the vision and talent behind large, complex healthcare-design projects.

Luc has more than 20 years of healthcare experience domestic and internationally. During that time she has delivered more than seven million square feet of healthcare design across many cultures. She joins from HMC architects, where she was a healthcare principal. Other key roles include 10 years at HDR, where she led the 5.3-million square-foot Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi project, and eight years at HOK.

LEO A DALY Los Angeles is currently involved in several healthcare projects in the region, including designs for the VA West Los Angeles Medical Center, Cedars-Sinai, UCLA, and USC.
