The first project to be realized from the Alexian Brothers 2010 master plan is a 69,500-sq.-ft. medical office building and 247,000 square foot parking structure to the east of the existing Wimmer Medical Office Building. The parking structure includes 570 spaces of structured parking on four levels, with three levels of medical offices topping the development. Patients parking on any of the first four levels may enter directly into a medical building elevator lobby for direct transport to their floor or down to the main hospital lobby through the new link.

A new entrance for the hospital was created at the ground level, with a large drop-off and valet parking staging area. This linking structure contains outpatient registration and a time-share suite, as well as radiology, cardiac noninvasive testing, and neuro testing that accommodate both inpatients and outpatients. Immediately adjacent to this, on the ground floor of the parking MOB, is a new Gamma Knife suite. The building is built to business occupancy standards.

The new structure is predominately brick with limestone trim to complement the existing hospital infrastructure. A glass curtainwall system connects the Wimmer Building with the new parking structure—similar to the existing hospital entrance in the East Pavilion. The interior of the building uses cherry-wood accents, carpeting, and artwork to provide an atmosphere that is consistent with that of the hospital.
