This award-winning project is a 286-bed, 555,012-square-foot replacement hospital, located on a 68-acre greenfield site. The project employed IPD, BIM, and Lean processes to complete the job two months ahead of schedule and with $4 million in savings.

Lone Peak Emergency Center is the first off-campus Emergency Department to be built in the State of Utah. The 9,500-square-foot Emergency Department has 10 treatment bays, a fully equipped 24-hour trauma room, Clinical laboratory, and Diagnostic Imaging. Imaging services include General Radiology, CT scans, MRI, and Ultrasound.

The 800-square-foot specialty operating room was designed by Tecton to accommodate one of the first robotic C-Arms of its kind in the country.
