Construction on the 75,000-square-foot Aspirus Stevens Point Clinic expansion is on pace to be completed by June, 2018. Ground was broken in August 2016 on the expansion of the clinic located in Stevens Point, Wisc. The building is expected to be finished in November, with several departments moving into new spaces within the facility in December. This includes walk-in care, radiology and the ambulatory surgery center. Laboratory will move into a temporary space until the completion of the clinic remodel.

The clinic is more than doubling in size with the construction of a 40,000-square-foot, two-story addition to provide space for specialty care, walk-in care and emergency services as well as future space for expanded services. The new emergency department will open in June 2018.

Aspirus Stevens Point currently offers adult and pediatric primary care, walk-in care and same-day surgery, as well as select specialty care such as obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, cardiology, GI and oncology. The current facility, built 10 years ago, will also be remodeled to allow room for additional primary care providers, expanded specialty services above and beyond those currently provided at the center.
