Bristol Hospital To Develop Downtown Ambulatory Care Center
A rendering of the Bristol Hospital ACC shows how the building will appear when viewed from the intersection of Main Street and Riverside Ave.
Bristol Hospital is constructing a 60,000-gross-square-foot Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) in downtown Bristol, Conn. The three-story ACC will be occupied by Bristol Hospital’s Multi-Specialty Group, offering a range of services including endocrinology, rheumatology, urology, cardiology and a diabetic center.
The ACC’s design, which will reflect an overall revitalization of downtown Bristol, is slated to marry retail and medical with a brick and glass façade, leveraging natural light. A café will be located in the two-story atrium. The project is slated break ground in late 2017.
Jupiter, Fla.-based Rendina Healthcare Real Estate was selected to be the hospital’s partner to develop and manage the facility.
