Kettering Health Network recently announced that it plans to build a three-story, nearly 100,000-square-foot hospital on land it purchased in Troy, Ohio.

Offering a coordinated approach to healthcare, the hospital will have a strong emphasis on innovation and outpatient services, utilizing the latest technology. In addition to inpatient beds, services will include an emergency department, lab and imaging, surgery center and a medical office building for physician practices.

The facility is expected to cost around $60 million and is scheduled to be completed in late 2018.
