Wabash, Ind.-based Parkview Wabash Hospital is nearing completion with the final steel beam now placed. The two-story, 80,000-square-foot facility will also include a 31,000-square-foot medical office building that will be home to Parkview Physicians Group.

The hospital will offer a full-service emergency department with 24/7 care and a helipad for rapid patient transfer by Parkview Samaritan or other medical transport service. It will also offer diagnostic imaging, an inpatient medical/surgical unit, a constant care unit, outpatient lab services, women’s health services, a sleep center and more.

The medical office building located on the campus will house approximately 15 physicians from Parkview Physicians Group. In addition to primary care, specialties will include cardiology, pulmonology, podiatry, colon and rectal surgery, gynecology and orthopedics.

The hospital is expected to be complete in 2018. The architect for Parkview Wabash Hospital is Moake Park Group, Inc. and the general contractor is The Hagerman Group.
