Atrium Health, Pappas Properties, and The Beck Group recently celebrated the topping out of medical office buildings.

The first of the buildings is a 200,000-square-foot structure built on top of two levels of cast-in-place parking. The five-story facility will become Atrium Health’s Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute – Kenilworth location and house services that include a cardiac rehabilitation suite, imaging capabilities and a range of subspecialty cardiovascular services.

The building is accompanied by a nine-story,1,400-plus-space precast parking deck. This structure and its neighboring medical office building will be connected by a four-level pedestrian bridge. The full project is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2020.
