Saint Luke’s Health System‘s Saint Luke’s Multispecialty Clinic in Blue Springs, Mo., has earned Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and all construction and design on the project is now complete.

The 38,904-square-foot, two-story healthcare clinic, which opened in July 2017, is designed by Hoefer Wysocki. The clinic offers a variety of healthcare options including specialties such as urology, cardiology, orthopedics, family medicine, and a rotating specialty. On-site imaging, pharmacy, and lab facilities are also available.

The facility, built and designed with sustainability in mind, features indoor air quality measures, low-emitting building material specifications, and flexibility of thermal and lighting controls. The design team used recycled materials, energy-efficient equipment and decreased construction waste to reduce the impact on the environment.

Additional project team members include Smith & Boucher Inc., Olsson Associates, and Bob D. Campbell & Co.
